Variation on the standard toothpaste dare

Here is a simple, but distinct variation to the classical toothpaste dare.

You will need:
A condom or sandwich bag
Rubber Bands(s)
Toothpaste

Simple enough, just load the inside tip of the condom with a good bit of toothpaste. Put it on, then secure the toothpaste with a rubber band. Then wait for a designated amount of time.
The burning with this device is several times more intense than with only toothpaste. Depending on the toothpaste you use this can be pretty severe, so be careful when doing this one.

Think it would have a similar effect if you could get a woman clit tied securely and put toothpaste on it? or just simply using a pump on it first
