Looks like it's punishment time! Oh Mistress does so look forward to the opportunity to give you some very special motivation. You are in for quite an experience. A level 8 course isn't supposed to be easy after all... and it most assuredly won't be. (Piercing stare) An important part of self-improvement is finding the silver lining in unpleasant situations. Consider that each punishment that you perform EXACTLY as required will earn you -1 demerits! So during those really hard moments, try to think of this as an opportunity, not just a punishment. Of course, that's easy for me to say, (dark laughter) I won't be the one suffering. So do you like what Mistress is wearing? I think these are my very favorite black lace panties and of course, as usual, I'm not wearing anything else as if you didn't notice. I figure being able to view my perfect breasts will at least offer you just a tiny bit of comfort or distraction during the harsher behavioral correction lessons. Up off of your knees little sub.

So how did you come dressed to see me my pet? If you are in a full suit AND tie you get -2 demerits! If you are wearing jeans and/or what someone might consider a T-shirt you get +1. Remember... you need to learn to dress to impress!

Slowly take off all of your clothes except your underwear. Set your socks aside and NEATLY fold the other items and take them out of the room. Stand at attention. I'm sure you are VERY eager to finally go to the bathroom. That is now only moments away. First, we need to see how many wipes you'll be allowed. (Oh... does that embarrass you? Awwww too bad!) Roll 1D6 my misbehaving student. Add those minutes to the online timer. Reach down, grab your underwear and give yourself the absolutely worst wedgie of your life. I mean really hard. To your shoulders if you can manage or until you start hearing the fabric rip. Once it's really bad, sit in your punishment chair with your feet OFF the ground and your hands BEHIND your head and start the timer. At least you'll get an extra -1 demerit.

The good news is that you get to use lube. The bad news is that the lube will be hot sauce (extra hot). Dip the half of the sharpie going up in your butt in the sauce. Let's see how this affects your writing quality. (Grins) Yes, you get an extra deduction for this.

Part one:

We are going to work on your penmanship. Wait... why are you reaching for a pen? I'll be more specific... we are going to work on your ANAL PENMANSHIP. Get a sharpie. Place a sheet of paper on your punishment chair and tape the corners. (You may also want to securely tape a shoestring to the sharpie.) We need a stable marker, so NO LUBE. With the cap on, get that sharpie half way up your asshole. Take off the cap and proceed to write the name of your corrections school. (We are reminding you why you are here while also working on your ability to focus on a difficult task.) Read on once you finish. You look absolutely ridiculous by the way. (HEHEHE)

OK, let's see how you did. (Sharpie stays in.) Hold up your work. Now, if you showed that paper to a random person on the street, is it likely that they could read the word? If yes, you get an extra deduction for managing a particularly impressive challenge and you may remove the sharpie. (Mistress wonders how this skill would look on a job resume.) If no, read on.

It sounds like you need some extra practice with your anal penmanship. Don't worry, Mistress is a very good teacher! Get a new sheet of paper and draw a 6 inch wide circle in the center. Inscribe a 4 inch wide circle within the larger. Your objective is to anally draw a "circle" within the lines of the other two circles. So you are basically making a 5 inch circle. The line needs to be continuous and never outside the lines. If you get this right you can still earn the extra deduction. You must try at least once, but I'll allow three tries if you are feeling dedicated to mastering this important skill. Sharpie out and move on once done.

**Discomfort**

Now that we have you in a suitable state of mind, we'll work on your pain tolerance. You'd be surprised how much progress one can make in this regard with sufficient effort. There are two major options here. Time for a 1D6 roll. After you finish the punishment for your roll move onto **Retention Center**. It is particularly important to use the online timer that I specified in Part 1. One reason I use this timer is that it has a nice LARGE display of numbers as well as a graphical HOURGLASS. I want you focused on the hourglass on your timed punishments (when applicable). This should make time CRAWL as the sand slowly goes down, bit by little bit as you suffer. Doesn't Mistress think of everything for my little sub?

During this punishment, you'll have one of your favorite porn pictures on your screen. You'll be alternating your attention between the hourglass and the picture to help reinforce the connection between your filthy habit and your punishment.

Turn your punishment chair, back facing the monitor. Roll 1D6 to discover your minutes. GENEROUSLY sprinkle uncooked rice on the seat. (You have enough if you see roughly half seat and half rice.) Kneel on the chair and place your hands on your head with interlocked fingers. Back straight. This is really going to start to hurt very soon. Start your timer and remember to FOCUS on that SLOW moving sand. (Mughhh huh huh) Once done, clean up and turn chair and move onto **Retention Center**.

----Spanish Inquisition----

Instead of hands on head, you'll reach down grabbing each ankle. Lift your lower legs off the ground by straightening your back and shrugging your shoulders. Your feet should be off the ground with your toes pointing towards the ground. No extra reduction. Enjoy.

Part One:

Roll 1D6 and add 3 to discover your minutes. Cut two 7 inch strips of tape, preferably wide blue painter's tape so we don't ruin the finish on your chair, but duct tape can work too. Be precise, use a ruler! Draw lines at 1 inch intervals making 6 lines on each strip. Get 12 flat thumb tacks. (Getting nervous?) Clean the tacks with alcohol or peroxide as well as your backside using a cotton ball or the like. (This is just a precaution my worried little subbie, if you do this right, we won't break the skin and if we do, it will be minor.) Stick the tacks through the tape at the lines so that the flat side of the tacks are on the sticky side of the tape. (Don't put them all in the exact center, stagger them so some are closer to the edge, but still on the line.) Stick the strips on your chair so that the strips run from the back TOWARDS the front. They should be centered front to back and 3 to 4 inches off center left to right so that each bum cheek gets FULL attention. Now THAT is a proper punishment chair! Oh GOD I'm so excited! Why do you look less excited? (Ponders... perhaps you can keep your chair like this for when you have unwelcome guests.) Read on.

Part Two:

Your legs look tired my dear. TAKE A SEAT. Oh yesssss... nice and slowly now... careful. I would try to be as still as possible if I were you! (HE HE HE) Are we comfortable yet? Your facial expressions are priceless! Feet FLAT on ground, back STRAIGHT and against backrest. When you start the timer put your hands on your HEAD and interlock your fingers. Remember to focus on that SLOW moving sand. When the timer counts down to THREE MINUTES hit PAUSE and read on.

How are we doing? (Maniacal laughter) Are you confessing all of your bad behavior? (Smiles) I bet those were some of the SLOWEST minutes of your life. Amazing how long one minute can feel under the right "circumstances" hey? What? You're eager to unpause the timer? Of course you are. First, look at how much sand is left. Soooo much more time remains. Count the remaining minutes with me VERY SLOWLY... Mississippi style. Ready? Onnnnne Misssssisssssipppppi. Twwwwwwo Misssssisssssipppppi. Thrrrrrrrrrrree Misssssisssssipppppi. Yep, if we counted right, that's THREE more minutes. Oh my. Can you manage or are you going to pay a demerit penalty? I guess it's time to find out. Unpause. When the timer completes, STAY SEATED and read on.

Part Four:

The good news is that if you completed that successfully, you get -3 demerits. The bad news is that I want you to count your reductions Mississippi style. SLOWLY! Once that's done you can very carefully lift that sore bum off your punishment chair. Remove the strips and sit back down. If you are NAUGHTY flagged, KEEP those strips for use later. (Grins) Time to move on.

**Retention Center**

You probably realize by now that Mistress is VERY detail oriented. I like to instill this attribute in My subs as well. Mistress truly loves an anally retentive sub. Some say that I take this a little too LITERALLY. Let's see what's going up your bunghole. Roll 1D6.

(This should be easy if they are not too ripe, otherwise try to really relax your ass and be as gentle as possible.) Get them ALL up there! Now let's get you in position. Stand on your punishment chair, feet on the seat. Squat down, feet FLAT on the seat, with your bum hanging over the plate and your HANDS ON THE BACKREST. Your thighs should be pressing up against your chest. Isn't this such a DEVIOUS position??? Oh Mistress loves training you so much! TRUST Me when I say this... you do NOT want any of those bananas to come out! Concentrate my anal retentive minion. This is a VERY important part of your training. No reaching back to help hold things in, hands stay on backrest. Whatever happens... happens. Start the timer. At the FIVE minute mark, PAUSE THE TIMER and read on.

If they are squished beyond recognition you need to estimate erring heavily in the higher direction. EACH half represents a penalty of +3 demerits! Now, being the merciful Mistress that I am, I'll offer you a way out of your demerits, though I fear you may not like it. The way to get rid of the demerits of a banana half is to EAT it. Yep. And NO cleaning it either. If you are taking that option, you will be taking it right off the plate and straight down the hatch AS IS. If you are going to try to eat some or all of your demerit points, set the timer to 15 minutes and get eating. Any halves not totally consumed at the end of 15 minutes is +3 demerits! Yum yum... I hope my pet is hungry. (HAHHH HAHHH) Place any uneaten bananas in the toilet. No flushing.

** Broad Horizons **

Your anal retention skills will probably improve as you practice and strengthen your sphincter muscles. Mistress doesn't want things getting too easy for you so we'll try to counteract those benefits by stretching things out a bit. Put the medium plug in the center of your punishment chair. Add lots of lube.

NAUGHTY tagged ONLY:

You win the *Fire Balls* addition! In a small cup, mix 3 parts lube with 1 part mild hot sauce. Be precise! Cover your balls ENTIRELY with the mixture using a spatula. Do the WHOLE scrotum. Use a pencil or nontoxic children's marker to make lines on the dildo at 3, 5, and 7 inches from the tip. Place it in the center of your punishment chair and add a lot of lube. You are going to have THREE sessions of bum fucking. You'll be rolling for various options separately for EACH of the THREE sessions. You'll be rolling for position 1 (which line) and position 2. You'll also be rolling for the length of time of the punishment and also the FUCK RATE measured in bpm (beats per minute) and will use the metronome site that I specified in Part 1. At EACH audible beat, you change from position 1 to position 2 (or 2 back to 1). I want you to be precise! If you have a hand mirror, position it to help you hit the correct line markers. (Get one by next week if you don't.) There is a chance position 1 and position 2 will be the same. In this case you will reach down and TURN the dildo about 45 degrees, alternating directions with each beat. You can get demerit credits for EACH of the THREE sessions. If, at any time, you fall out of beat with the metronome for more than 3 beats, you will give yourself +1 instead of -1. You will also TIME a THREE minute rest period between each buggering.
