Drink a lot of water, say about 1 L. Then start with the vib and get your butt nice and ready. After you're warmed up, find a household item large enough to intimidate you -- maybe you'll have to buy a vegetable. Work it until it fits in, take your time, even if it takes 1h+. Drink at least 0.5 L of any drink. Hold your pee for as long as you can. When you feel like you can‘t do it any longer, go to the bathroom. Get an anal training plug set, one of these three plug sets should be less than $30. Wear the smallest one for two hours in the morning, then the medium one for the rest of the day. Try inserting the largest one in the evening. If you cannot manage, you have to sleep with the smallest one in your butt.
