The winner uses an interval timer (like for exercise) that makes them rotate their harshest clamps 90 degrees every 30 seconds. The winner does this for as long as they can stand up to 30 minutes. Then they send their time to the loser who must try to do double that time. If the loser succeeds the dare is over. If they fail the winner can assign them an additional nipple punishment of their choice. Pic proof must be provided of their tortured nipples.
