Thread notifications?

Hi,

I'm new here so I'm sorry if this is a stupid question or if I am in the wrong place, but, is there a way to get a notification when somebody posts on a thread that you have made? An on-site notification rather than an email one.

You can subscribe to a thread without getting email notifications. Then whenever you go to your User CP you will see if there are any new posts.

I don't think there is any way to get an instant notification other than email when new posts are made.
