I heard on the radio a few days ago that the top 3 categories of porn that women enjoy are:
1. Lesbian
2. Gay male
3. Teen

I'd say this is quite a surprising list. I thought loving lesbian porn is mostly associated with men and so it teen porn. And I also wonder why a woman would like to see two guys fuck.

Kind of unrelated to all of your questions because I don’t watch much porn! But! I’m a woman and my ex wife and I would periodically rent or buy and watch porn together. We very much enjoyed gay male porn, but we never could make sense why!

I watch zero of those catergories! Well, sometimes I watch forced lesbian gangbangs. But I don't think that's what was intended. Gay male, not interested as it doesn't turn me on in the slightest. Teen, not interested as I like the actors I watch to look and be of age.

I'm not a woman at heart, so take this with a grain of salt, but from my experience talking with female friends, they like gay male porn for similar reasons that men like lesbian porn: most women are attracted to men, so what's hotter than watching two objects of desire fuck each other?

That said, I'm also more familiar with women who like erotic literature than ones who like "watching" porn. That's also why, in fanfiction circles and the like, you'll find a lot of m/m smut: a lot of fanfiction creators are women who are sexually attracted to men. And of course, there are exceptions, like some lesbians who are interested in gay male porn, and plenty of straight women who aren't, so...idk.

As for the lesbian category, the women I know seem to prefer lesbian porn that's more sensual and romantic, or where a woman takes the lead, which is something that's lacking in a lot of straight porn. Teen, I have no clue.

By porn I guess you mean in the narrow sense of watching explicit sex scenes, since you used the term "watch." In that sense I don't use porn. I have seen some, mostly with my ex, but it was standard heterosexual stuff, and it didn't do much for me.

My preference is erotica. A good read I find much more arousing than watching two (or more?) people go at it. As for my preferences I tend to favorite more romantic erotica or BDSM themed writing.

I prefer heterosexual themes, but lesbian or gay male, doesn't bother me. Not really into the teen thing, but I do remember college.
