This is more for the girls then the boys but anyone can answer.

Pretext: We all have the notion that girls get away with far more in public in terms of sexual activities. It just seems like girls don't get that immediate "pervert" title followed by a quick call to the police.

Girls, is it as glamorous as everyone makes it seem?
Girls, have you been caught and threated to be reported?

Anyone, what is something you gotten away with after being caught?

Boys, if you were a girl would you REALLY attempt things in public?
Boys, if you saw a girl doing something sexual in public does it matter how they look?

While there is definitely a gender divide that plays a large part in most parts in life, I think when it comes to public sexual acts it depends more on the individual situation more than the gender of the person in question. That being said there may be a little more flexibility in that line for minor things when it comes to women, but in my experience anyway, it depends more on the situation, where it happened? what happened? who else was there? what time of day and I don't believe I could answer a question like that condensing it down to such a wide interpretation of the question without the context of the event. If that makes sense

This is very true and I have seen it first hand .
I have seen women naked in a public place and you might get the odd tut or people saying something insulting about it but never once have I seen anyone reach for a phone .
I have also seen women wandering around in seethrough or string bikinis and everyone definitely looks but are never offended .If a guy did it you can almost guarantee some one will call the police .
Another thing that proves my case ,My mother was on the golf course with friends and a guy ran past them totally naked and everyone of them reached for their phone to call the police and she rung me disgusted because( some pervert) her words ran past them on the golf course .
