Make sure all your reports are at least 1000 words, with details and no filler words.
Write a report for each different task. If I give you 3 tasks in one post or PM, I fully expect 3 1000 words reports. To practice, follow my commando rules for a month, and report every feeling or any time somebody may have caught you (or if he actually did)... The way to fullfill 1000 words is to include every single detail and every single feeling in your reports. You will find that 1000 words are few if you do this.
