I would like to have a way to punish my breasts/nipples for my frequency of touching myself - even when I'm at lectures. No bathroom, just stuff under my clothes.

There are several options mix and match as you wish

Bobby pins on as nipple clamps under the bra

toothpaste or icy hot applied to nipples or whole tit

tack brad, thumbtacks pressed through a circle of cardboard and worn inside the brad, depending on tit size and bra tightness this can be quite cruel.

Coarse salt or dry rice inside the bra

Bathroom breaks between classes where you pinch and tug your nipples firmly
