The last two weeks have been very stressful. I’ve found myself verbally lashing out at those around me. I’m irritable, out of sorts, and in desperate need of a hard factory reset that only comes with a long thorough punishment.

I suggest two punishment sessions over 2 days (may be extended to 3 or more if you are not harsh enough on yourself). Punishment Session 2 must be undertaken roughly 24 hours after Punishment Session 1.

Punishment Session 1 - Mortification of the Flesh

1. Strip fully naked.
2. While on your elbows and knees, self administer 50 hard strokes using a wooden spoon to each ass cheek. This punishment must be observed by a friend. Make sure you leave marks that will be visible for at least a day.
3. While kneeling with your knees wide open, self administer 20 hard strokes using an electrical cord to each breast. This punishment must be observed by a friend. Make sure you leave marks that will be visible for at least a day.
4. Have a friend administer 5 hard strokes using a wooden ruler to your pussy. Punishment Session 2 - Mortification of the Spirit

1. Strip naked, then put on a pair of stockings and a pair of high heel shoes.
2. Clean yourself out thoroughly with an enema or anal douche.
3. Create a mixture of 50% water-based lube and 50% Tabasco hot sauce. Make sure you prepare enough as this is the only lube you are going to get and you may need to reapply.
4. Next, take the largest dildo you can fit into your ass and get onto your elbows and knees. Lube the dildo with the mix and work it deep into your ass. Other Restrictions
