Give me a ridiculous musclefag workout challenge

Rules are it must be things you can do with 2 dumbbells, a power twister, or body weight training like pushups

Roll D6 and multiply by 100 for number of reps. Do in sets of 20.

With dumbbells:
Bicep curls
Shoulder Press
Lateral Raise
Chest Press
Squats

Body Weight:
Tricep Dips
Pushups
Crunches
Jumping Jacks

Do 3 miles in improvised toga and laurel wreath made of spinach, holding dumbbells in both of your hands.
