World Cup Finals: Dares/Exercise/Penalties

This is a thread for you to design and post your own workout and/or kinky challenge, dares, and penalties for the World Cup final rounds: the semi-finals and finals - 4 games.

Here is my task list, and "my" teams: I am cheering for Belgium over France, England over Croatia, and for Belgium or England to win; if they face each other then Belgium over England and France over Croatia.

Mine is naked exercise (extra to usual routine) plus some other things....

1. For every half played ===> 1 set of arm/shoulder rehab exercises, 12-15 minutes.
2. For every minute played played ===> 1 squat; 1 crunch (i.e. 90+ per game)
3. For every goal ===> hosed down outdoors (swimsuit)
4. For every goal in a shootout ===> hosed down outdoors (naked at night)
5. For every yellow card ===> 3 minute cold shower
6. For every red card ===> 8 minute cold shower
7. If my team does not lead in possession, I get corner time for (minutes = the difference), hands on head, nose and knees holding coins on wall.
8. If/when my teams lose, I get corner time for minutes = possession percentage of the winners, hands on head.
9. If my teams lose, I have to go outside naked at night and circle my house three times.

What are you setting for yourself?

I like this idea! I think I want to come up with some of my own (with some help from others, of course)! I'm rooting for Belgium over France, and Croatia over England. If it comes down to France vs Croatia, I root for Croatia. If Belgium vs England, Belgium. If it's Belgium vs Croatia, Croatia. France vs England, England.

With loses in both semi finals I am getting too many cold showers!
Doing extra rehab sessions over the 2 standard ones for each day is also faling behind. Its hard to find enought time! And for time, I have corner time from each semi....
At least there hasn't been a shootout!

This thread was up for the Men's World Cup last year - and I am bumping it for this year and the Women's World Cup.

You can see from last year the kind of possibilities there are to have the games decide how much you might have to do. Better yet - have someone else assign your tasks!

I haven't decided if I will put forward a set of tasks for the last four games.

Decide what tasks or forfeits or rewards you will get for various results of the last four games. There are two examples above to show the kind of things you can link to tasks. You can make punishments and rewards for whether or not yku chose the winning team, and so on.
