1. A little, no mega hot, but mild to hot spicy.

yummy cheese, either mature chedder or Boursin Garlic & Herb

So many options, probably Australia, takes a very long time to fly there for the UK and not cheap, so would make it a once in the life time trip, fly out, spend 4 to 6 weeks there and see the whole contry, possible some time in new Zealand while that way
