As you are so bored, lets make some rules for e.g. 4 days.

For next 4 days, you must complete next tasks every day:

Do you have any plain sewing thread? If so, continue.

Take the thread and wrap it 5-10 times around each nipple and tie it off, but not too tight.

At the end of each piece of thread, tie a small ziplick bag.

After tying them on, do 10 jumping jacks.

After doing those, you're to add ~3tbsp/1/3 cup/0.75dl of water. Repeat the exercise again. Keep adding water and doing the exercise with the jumping jacks until you can't take it any more.

Repeat this every day for a week. Report back with how much you have improved over the course of the week.
