Much like Tumblr is about to bar all NSFW content, so too is Temporarily.Exposed in the middle of a crisis. While they haven't had the child porn issues Tumblr has had, they are still reeling from a lot of backlash from revenge porn.

I've used T.E. from it's inception and at first it was great! It was legit people posting their images for a thrill. The best was when you set downloads and you got reposted and extended. It was always consensual, by the fact that YOU set downloads for a reason. Slowly though, people started to post their ex's images without consent, or random porn images, until you get where we are today. There are still some genuine pictures but a lot of the site has become overrun with photos that were never supposed to be published.

They have a poll up to gauge community insight as to what may be good changes to save the site, but they also have set a date for December 10th to pull the plug until they figure it out.

I'm upset because if they don't come back, I'll have to find alternative sites for my own kinks. Especially because I'm in a long-term game right now that I use T.E. for.

i have the same problem that i really like the possibilitys T.e offers but sadly since tobe got shut down there is no other site like t.e
