The longest I've worn my chastity belt: Without any release around a week. With body check breaks around two.

Yes. I did know that. I figured a one off in 25 years can't be the worst thing considering what else we put in our bodies every day.

This is hard to answer as the designer of the belt also designed a tool to help clean it and I'm limited in the information I can provide. But basically I use wipes when out to clean the belt. I also use a shower head and tool to clean the belt when at home, it is very effective and mesns the belt doesn't have to be removed at all for cleaning really but it is still advised every now and again.
