Making a dare based website for you

I didn't know where to put this, but I think here will do:

I have some programming skills, in fact I love to code. My idea is this: If you have an idea for some kind of game based around sex and dares, I can make it - an example:

Make a website where people can tell me what to write on my bodies, I should then be able to upload an image of my naked body to show I have done it.

Or maybe a website where you will compete against others to avoid punishment... That kind of thing.

It could be anything, but because I don't want to pay for resources, don't make it super complex, it would likely be a website based around you and others can anonymously give you dares or something. Just, don't make me regret this...

All of the websites I make for you guys, I will put here - time to get thinking!

I can think of some features.

Maybe a poll system, so people can submit tasks, and then once time to submit was up, they could vote on what you should do?
If possible, make it so people can not vote for their own, just to make it more interesting.

If you could code a (hopefully) simple flash wheel or something, where it could spin, and land on a random spot, you could make it so that people could submit tasks to the wheel. The wheel could be themed (like, "the wheel of pain,") or just general. It could be 4 wedges, each a quarter of the wheel, or 16 wedges or even more. Or a mix, with safe results being bigger, but a chance to land on some truly extreme things.
You'd have to work out if we want the wheel to have updating tasks, or standard tasks, and how it was spun (once a day? who spins it? when? etc), but that way there could be a "game show" element.

It could also be set so users opted into things.
Someone could decide they want the wheel spun for them, and so opt in, and list their limits. Limits should be pre-established tags, so that people could be certain to not forget to place something as off limits!
Then, when their wheel is filled with adequate submissions, it can be spun.

You should look up SexScripts. It is a community of programmers that write sexy code. It is easy to develop and run. They also have code examples for uploading pictures and accessing the computer camera. Just something that may interest you as a kinky programmer.

To add on to the wheel idea from above.

I would like for a wheel or random idea picker, but where the same result is shown to both people, and wouldn't be easy to manipulate.

There are some that let you import or add ideas to the wheel, it spins and picks one. But from there it's on the honor code because each person's computer is different.

So you can play a game with someone, input your agreed upon dares (possibly with a ranking of how hard each one is so the odds of the harder ones are lower, odds of the easy dares are higher). Once there is a loser in your game, or if it's just a back and forth, you can either both click a button to pick a random dare, or share a link that picks a random dare in x amount of time. That way you can send a link and say here's my dare, it will be displayed in 5 minutes.

This would make it so I can't just click until I get the dare I want and then send the link showing what the result was.

I hope to see what comes out of your little endeavor. Just be careful if you write the code yourself. There are a lot of nasty vulnerabilities in the wild and nobody wants a data breach on a website dedicated to kinky things.

I wouldn't be too worried about that, as long as you use decent frameworks. And as long as you don't save more information than username and whatever the user posts (i.e no identifying information unless the users explicitly posts it) the fallout of a potential breach won't be very devastating.

And tbh if you don't write the code yourself a website with the functionality proposed would be terrible if not straight out impossible.

OK, I like 'Do you dare?' as the title - don't worry about security, I plan to limit it to usernames for ID and all media will be deleted either when the user requests it so or the moment that the intended recipient has it.
