Post Sweaty exercise!

This dice dare is prepared with the specific purpose of make you get sweat! There are a lot of gym challenges in Internet but sometimes we can find some that don’t suits good with us! So I will add in this thread every ideas I have about exercising and sweating! In the past I wrote a lot of threads about exercising but maybe them were not so good for all!

This new exercise dice dare is for all, master and slaves, boys and girls. It doesn’t requires equipment and is only with bodyweight. About clothing you are free to wear what you want! This dice dare is thought for home workout!

The only rules you have to follow are: you MUST do the warm up, then roll a 6-sided-die for getting your exercises. Every exercise gives you 10 points, so according to the first category re-roll as many times as you need to reach the final target. You can not reroll an exercise, except if you did it two times in a row and you rolled the third. Do the exercises in order as you rolled them. Roll all before. There isn’t any punishment for who doesn’t complete the dare. If you come to the end, say it here below and post what you rolled, the personal experience and how much you sweated.

A – Your final target:
1. 100 points (10 rolls)
2. 120 points (12 rolls)
3. 140 points (14 rolls)
4. 100 points (10 rolls)
5. 120 points (12 rolls)
6. 140 points (14 rolls)

B – Do 10 reps of ____ to get 10 points (1 roll):
1. Pushups
2. Situps
3. Crunches
4. Bridges (10 seconds with belly up each)
5. Reverse Crunches
6. Leg Lifts

The final exercise you have to do is to perform 10 reps for every exercise you never rolled above. If you rolled at least one of any, you are complete!
