Store panties dare for Ladies

Your dare is to go to a store wearing a dress, no bra and panties. The dare is to remove your panties in an isle without being seen. You must then wrap your panties around your wrist before you leave

I think this wasn't thought out well.
Ladies go to the store wearing only a dress, no bra, no panties.
Now once in the store find someplace to remove the panties that you do not have on.

BTW as a male I have gone shopping with a skirt, bra, and top on, no panties and while in the store I lifted the skirt fully up.
Another time I made sure the hem of the skirt was caught in the panties so my bum was exposed.

I think you didn’t read it well enough. He is saying to wear a dress and panties but no bra. The order of it is a little confusing but if you read it you can tell what is being expected. I do agree that this could be done as a male as well if they are willing to cross dress.
