If I'm stressed, I'll usually put Murderdolls on xD

And then, after about 5/10 minutes, I'll be chilled out.

If I just want to relax, I just lie on my bed, close my eyes and forget the world for a bit

i use the void technique from the wheel of time series,

u simply imagine a flame and feed all your empotions into it and become one with your surroundings, i find that afterwards i am quite relaxed once i stop using the void lol while in the void the idea is that u dont have empotions like that

When i want to chill out, i go to my room turn off the lights, lie down on my bed, get my hands warm to make the feeling more sensual then i press play on my cd player and Pink Floyd comes on, i listen to them for hours on end.
