If so, was this in a cubicle or maybe you ventured out further? I've ventured further many times. The two most notable were
1. In school when I ventured out to right next to the doorway to enter(there was no door, just a wall protecting the urinals from the outside) and heard some classmates talking and stayed at the door until I could see one of them then quickly went back in.

I have a number of times.
