Strip, rock paper scissors

I've seen a Skype version but you don't need Skype for this version.

Play the normal Rock, Paper Scissors with the person above and below. Whenever you lose you take off a garment and must play again. If you lose all your clothes you must post a photo permanently on Kink talk and send the link to everyone you lost to. Given that the odds are small they can do whatever they like with the photo/link. If you win you don't get to put your clothes back on. You can chose whether to play again.
