Forgiveness writing lines. Emotional efforts.

Every day write 10 lines:

"With love and gratitude, I forgive <Person>. I forgive <Person> and accept him/her as he/she was created by God. I ask <Person> for forgiveness for my thoghts and emotions toward him/her".

<Person> - the person who caused most negative emotions today.

This task will not take much time, but it causes emotional efforts.
It is basic variant. If you want more advanced details, PM me.
Also write here about changes those you noticed after doing it.

Additional info:

1) Instead of <Person> you may place any object
2) Instead of writing you may do it mentally.
