I need rules and a daily routine to follow

So after a long time with no meaning and no one who wanted to be my daddy in the long run. And after a disgusting period of a lot of quarrels and arguments with my dad I came to the decision that I need rules. I need rules that will remind me how unimportant I am and how poor I am rules that will remind me of my role and meaning.
So first of all im still living with my dad so keep ot in mind. Looking for rules that will make me feel embarrassed and humiliation 🙊 trying my luck in here for the first time

Becours your a poor little fella during day time your only allowed tow pieces of clothing(underwear counts as clothing shoes not ). Clothes are expensive you know.

Every morning right after waking up edge at least once

Ok with no underwear rule 1 can be done mostly with no hard feelings.

Some rules for you:

- You can’t use sheets anymore to make you more aware of sleeping naked
- Privacy is not an option for you, you can’t lock any door (except the front and back door of your house to keep burglars away)
- To keep you in shape you have to do a 30 minutes run outside everyday, for this you can only wear hotpants and a white sportsbra. In the middle of the run you have to empty a bottle of water over your body and continue running after
- Everyday you have to be at least on hour naked in the house (this means one hour in a row) If you can’t make it during the day you have to sleep the night on the floor with only a pillow and room door slightly open
- Everyday you have to write a report here about how your day went, if you fail one day written a report you have to tell me how worthless you are and beg me for a punishment.

Any way to keep my sheets on? If not i will have to put them every day and remove them even night...

And i dont think i can do things with my room door open because my dad or siblings can see me

I agree with the cold showers rule. They are good for your body and your self discipline. You should take a cold shower every morning immediately after waking up. They are invigorating and will teach a positive mindset.

I also agree with the rules around daily exercise in minimal clothing.

What I did mean by it was that it is a bad idea and that play should not involve people that did not consent to be part of it
