There wasnt exactly a penalty and there was never a set loser. We would just play and if you were naked and lost the hand you would get a dare.

Oh gosh that's hard to choose. There was one time a few years ago when I was at a school dance and me and some friends ended up playing spin the bottle (truth or dare version. No kissing) where I had to walk up to another friend who wasnt playing and tell him that I loved him with a straight face and walked back. He was so concerned and confused and followed me back to the table and everyone just broke down laughing. Innocent and silly but at the time it was pretty fun.
