Duct tape your ankles together with about 4 layers. Do the same with your knees. Once you've done that duct tape your hands into fists. before you finish duct taping you last hand into a fist make sure there is a little bit of tape sticking up from the roll. When your hands are taped in fists take the end of the duct tape (the part you left out before finishing your fists) and stick it to your wrist, and then put your hands behind your back and gently swing the duct tape around your wrists.
