Starting Yoga

Hey I've tried a bit of yoga myself as I wouldn't mind making myself more flexible

Is there any advice people have for starting off?

I do yoga. Picked it up a couple months ago to help me relax and help with my anxiety and stress. It's helped me become more flexible and I recently enjoyed my orgasms in the shower more as I became more flexible.

My High school Biology teacher taught me to stict with something at least 6 months before giving it up to decide if it's worth it.

I used to have a book before I moved that I want to get again soon ~ Yoga For Your Life by Margaret and Martin Pierce. The little I tried from it was really good and I want to try more
