My friend and I are going swmming in a couple of hours, a few dares would be interesting

Well, if you 2 are that close, you two should help each other out. When getting at the Pool, no one is allowed to dress or undress themselves. Your friend undresses and dresses you and vice versa.

If you want to step it up, I can think of something more interesting, but thought I should start fun and easy

That was really fun. I did her first, and no issues. But when she was undressing me she chose to wait about 10 minutes before giving me my swimsuit. So i was just stood there naked until she got bored.

Next time you go swimming you are to be her pet seal, she is to walk you down the beach to the water on a leash and bring along a ball. When you get to the water you will surrender to her your swim suit and keep your elbows tight to your sides. She is to make you chase the ball around in the water with your nose and do other seal imitations. Be sure you bark like a seal and flap your side flippers. When you leave she is to attach your leash and walk you back up the beach.
