The 10 minutes is daily but if it's too much it can be every other day.
I would recommend sharpies to start with because they're smaller and easier to use for anal (not lid first obviously).

I’ve done three orgasms in a row I think? Maybe four. Ok, so I've found a way of make shifting something similar to a crotch rope. All it needs is a belt and some big rubber bands Like these ones (it's only about $2 for 30)
