2 pretty similar ideas for one-offs:
- Pee into your bath before you get in. No using bath salts or anything else that would hide that lovely yellowness. Make sure you have a good wash afterwards to make yourself dirty

- Pee into a sink (or bowl etc then into sink) and wash your face using the water. No soap allowed and you cannot re-wash your face for the rest of the day.

Hope that's easier to do than getting a sex change first anyway
