This person above dare is really simple. You dare the person above you to write a particular sentence a number of times by hand on paper, just like the punishment you probably got in school!

The twist is that you can also set rules, e.g. must do it wearing X, hands must be tied together, must do it with a bar of soap in your mouth, etc.
