Would you be willing to spend 2 hours with your panties (clean or dirty is ok) tied in your mouth??? If not, then it's 4 hours with the strap ball bag.

I don't usually like stuffing panties in my mouth, I can use scarves or a small towel if that is acceptable. Otherwise, I am more than happy to take up the ball gag.

The gag is a panel gag with two avalaible attachments. One is long enough to just reach the throat (this is the one I am using for the dare) and the other one is reserved for punishment time mostly, reaches down my throat
