Go get some swimwear that's too big for you at least two sizes. Don't properly tie it and jump in a pool from a diving tower. See what happens

Do you have a bike?
Get on your bike if available, drive to a place where you might get seen but isn't crowded.
Roll a dice and set a timer on your phone to that number in minutes.
Now get naked and start the timer.
Continue driving your bike until your timer gets off.
Now you may dress again

Use a urinal in the men's room, but drop your pants all the way. That way, anyone who walks in can see your underwear. If you have a light colored pair of underwear, write 'I LOVE YOU' across the rear and use them to do the dare.
