@tofu thanks alot. i tried to tell her that some time ago.
By the results i can tell that she trys to eat less but still shit things. Also she wont do the workout 50mins at 3 times a week. If doing that she should have lost altleast 10-15 pounds of weight till now.
Always the same story... wanna lose weight.. do workout! ya (dont doing workout) but i eat nothing, why i´m still fat? Cause you dont want to fucking move!
People start eating less, dont do workout, wondering why still fat, getting frustrated, quitting..
