Tie a string to your balls. Then hang a bottle from that string, make sure it has at least a litre of water in it. Stand with your legs spread as wide as you can, with the bottle hanging from your balls (not touching the floor, that would be cheating!). Now spank each of your ass cheeks 25 times with a belt. Make sure those spanks are as hard as you can take, there should still be bruises tomorrow. If not repeat the punishment tomorrow but double the amount of spanks.
