Loser is forced to hold it until it comes out on its own, in whatever the loser is wearing at the time of losing control. No changing routine to make your incredibly childish act look less humiliating. Bend your knees when your body pushes to make it obvious what you're doing. If someone asks whats up while you're holding it, you have permission to release, right then and there in your clothes. You can try to act casual and hope they don't notice.
