1. Wear a diaper
2. While wearing, you are incontinent.
3. Lasts for 3 hours per line
4. If your diaper leaks spend 10 min kneeling in a corner facing the wall before you can change
5. You can only eat/drink things that you'd feed to a toddler/baby.
6. Can only act like a baby, eg. use baby speak, crawl
7. Drink plenty of fluids (from a baby bottle of course) and eat plenty (laxatives help) of baby food to make sure your diaper is well used.
8.No adult clothes over diaper, can wear plastic panties or similar if you have them.
9. You can change after your diaper is fully used (the perfect point between leaking and about to leak), but every change increases the amount of layers of diaper/stuffers by 1. Wear two after the first change, three after the second...
