1) Loser must keep a weekly journal of all the hypnofiles and effects.
2) every line is 1 week of listening /watching and 1 file determined by boomer
3) Triggers must appear in loser's signature
4). Loser must listen to at least 1 file a day. For each day missed, 1 week is added
5) At completion of the thread, boomer can choose one file loser must continue to listen to for as long as boomer says.
6). Loser must be naked while listening to each file, unless stated otherwise by boomer
7) Looser may remove one line, in exchange for changing step 5 into 2 files
