1 week at level 4 means you have to have 2 orgasms every week. One orgasm has to be on a Tuesday between 6:30-8:30 am or 10:30-11:30am and the other on a Friday between 5:00-6:00pm or 7:30-8:30pm. Morning orgasms are always in underwear you wear for 24 hours, evening orgasms mean you have to roll a die and edge that many times before you finally orgasm.
You also have an orgasm session on a Sunday. As this is only level 4 you can choose when but each time you must roll a die and edge that many times, then watch that many minutes porn without touching and then you can cum but if the die score was 3 or less then its a ruined orgasm. Roll the die again and a score of 4 or more means you are finished 3 or less means start again with the die roll and edge followed by porn and then cum.
