getDare runs on vBulletin 3.8.7 which means that it can't be mobile friendly unless we update its software, or change the entire website qua webpages. Depp promised to update getDare and discussed this over a year ago in private, and publically announced this past February. But I doubt the update will take place in the near future.
And I think you're able to zoom in so you should be able to use tools, if you mean thread/chat tools or the menu.
