Idk about sexy, I think wearing a onesie over my diaper is pretty sexy 🙈. I have a really nice one, it's basically tight enough to support my soggy diapers, and normal enough so I can wear it in public.

Work doesn't know (I work remote), family only knows a bit (I told them I wear sometimes due to anxiety, and bladder issues) which is true.
