maybe an idea dont know if it would work.
but how about u get a deskfan.
take protective cover in front off.
now attach to one or more blades a whip or leather belt or so.
now put it on slow but there are those things to put in between the electric socket to timemanage when something gets power they dont cost much.
when it turns, the whip or belt or so turns to and can be positioned so it hits you.
as i said dont know if it works just an idea that i had after reading some ones request for spanking machine.
