I have to say I find it harder to think of humiliating/degrading names and phrases that seem to go more naturally for guys. Not saying can't use some of them already listed, and I sometimes do
It's just that if you didn't know the gender, most would probably assume they were aimed at females. There doesn't seem so many for guys.
