First, put on a pair of tights
Second, the tights have to stay on for three hours
Third, drink as much water as often as you can, example: fill a big glass full and drink it all every 30 minutes (max)
Fourth, the tights cannot be removed until the three hours is complete
Fifth, no you cannot pull down the tights to use the bathroom either
