1) clamps on nipples. 2 min per line.
2) every minute twist and hold the clips on your nipples for 10 seconds
3) when the time is up, pull the clamps off, without opening them.
4) hold ice cubes on both nipples for 2 full minutes
5) 2 rubber band snaps per line to each nipple
6) 20 slaps on each nipple with a hairbrush
7) repeat once a day for as many days as there are lines
