A very simple, but effective punishment that I've found seems pretty acceptable for this.
Bad sluts don't get to use furniture. While at home, you may not use any chairs, beds, tables, couches, anything, if you don't want to stand, you should be kneeling, you may not lay down until you plan on going to sleep.
also, just because I feel a bit evil today, 1 hour of corner time each day until your master returns, what I mean by corner time is you kneeling in the corner, holding a coin up with your nose, if you drop the coin, you reset it immediately and continue. For each time you drop the coin, your master should get to give you some small punishment of his choice, which I'm not putting here because I don't want you to know what you're getting for each coin drop, just to add to the anxiety of what your master is going to do for each of those coins you so carelessly dropped from its place.
