Now, you'll be on all fours using the freezing cold jet stream setting. You're to use your regular bodywash and shampoo, but for your body, you're to scrub yourself
thoroughly with a harsh bristle scrub brush, a dish scrub brush would be perfect! When I say thorough, I mean your asshole, ass, slit, clit, & tits, all of it gets scrubbed till it's pink and stinging
