First you need to get a large plastic bag. One of those for trash (like garden trash and stuff). You can buy a roll of these.
Get one of the bags and turn it up side down. With a scissor cut a hole for the head and in the corners of the "bottom" holes for the arms. Now take off all you close and put the bag over you like a loose dress.
Next get a rope and tie it around you waist. Have the end go down between your legs and up on the back, where you tie it to the rope around you waist.
Now your body should be nicely enclosed.
Now you can put on your t-shits and stuff. Start with the full body swimsuit. Then a t-shirt, boxers, leggins, a long sleeve shirt, a pair of jeans and the sweater on top.
To get you all warmed up, you should take a walking trip. Do 3 km (about 2 miles) in no more than 30. min. If it takes longer, do it again.
When home keep the close on for at least 3 hours. No peeing, but keep drinking to avoid dehydration. If you have to pee, you may do so, but you are not allowed to remove anything before the 3 hours have passed.
What to do in 3 hours? Watch porn. I'm pretty sure you will not be able to touch yourself.
When the 3 hours is done, feel free to play anyway you like... but I guess it will be too cold in your house to take off the outfit.
