Any garbage you want to throw out will go in your pants instead for the next week. If it's messy, then it can go in the trash, but if it's not messy, it goes in your pants.
You may only empty your pants either when nothing else will fit or it's too noticeable to onlookers. If you have to take your pants off, all the trash goes back in when you put them back on.
