I've worked out nude at home when I was alone or the kids were sleeping. If I'm doing any higher impact activity though I need to wear a sports bra otherwise it is not pleasant at all. I don't think I'd risk working out naked in a public gym, though (however swimming sounds like fun - something to try one of these days - in my own pool).
